Un couple fait le buzz sur les réseaux sociaux après avoir partagé un bruit étrange que fait leur nouvelle Jeep Wagoneer, un mystère apparemment ignoré par le constructeur.
Dans la vidéo postée le 24 juin sur TikTok, Tasha Hill explique que sa Jeep Wagoneer toute neuve a commencé à faire un bruit étrange, démontré par son mari dans un parking de centre commercial.
Dans la légende, elle ajoute qu’elle a déjà contacté Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler et Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, la concession où ils ont acheté le véhicule en 2023.
« Ce problème spécifique est survenu de nombreuses fois depuis le début. On m’a dit que, comme ils ne pouvaient pas reproduire le problème et que je n’en avais pas d’enregistrement, ils ne pouvaient pas le réparer ni savoir de quoi il s’agissait », écrit-elle.
Comme le problème est sporadique, elle a eu du mal à l’enregistrer. Malheureusement, même la vidéo n’a pas aidé son cas. « Pourtant, regardez : personne ne peut rien faire à ce sujet ».
Selon elle, Chrysler a promis de lui attribuer un gestionnaire de dossier, mais elle n’a eu aucune nouvelle et n’a pas réussi à joindre quelqu’un lorsqu’ils ont appelé.
« Ai-je déjà mentionné qu’ils ne peuvent pas nous donner le nom de la personne responsable de notre dossier, ni que nous pouvons lui parler ? Ce n’est pas du tout suspect », argue Hill.

So please feel free to share! 2 years ago, we purchased this hunk of junk. Brand new might I add. Since I’ve had it, it’s been in the shop more than it’s been out. This specific problem here has happened numerous times since the beginning in which I was told since they couldn’t duplicate the problem and I didn’t have record of it they couldn’t fix it or know what the problem was. Well, it finally did it to my husband and we have it recorded. Still low and behold no one can do anything about it! This happens sporadically going down the road. No rhyme or reason. The only thing i can do is pull over and turn it off. Did I mention the motor blew up on it not to long ago, but they swear it was the reservoir. On top of something “chewing” the wires before that but not one piece of evidence to support that claim. Oh and the whole car died at one point because of “electrical” problems killed the battery. It’s literally been one thing after the other and now we’ve been in legal for about 2 weeks now and no one can give us any answers other than “someone will call you tomorrow.” Chrysler keeps telling us they’re not authorized to share any information with us since this not a “normal” case and our case manager will reach out to us, they’ve told us this everyday and no one will call us back or connect us to a supervisor. Did I also mention they can’t give us the name of the person handling our case nor can we speak to that person?? That’s not suspicious at all! We are at a loss. Maybe if we make it Facebook official someone will be inclined to help us, Idk it’s worth a shot. 🤷♀️ give me all your advice.
